Foursquaropoly. Yup, Foursquare meets Monopoly.

I have virtually stopped using foursquare recently, as the value for me isn’t there on a regular basis. The novelty of beating my friends, or being the mayor of a frozen yoghurt bar with benefits is kind of boring.

Specials haven’t really filtered into Australian shops, pubs and restaurants yet either. If I see a decent special, I will happily checkin.

When decent specials combine with a familiar gameplay such as Monopoly on an LBS platform – watch out.

Yes, uptake for the likes of Foursquare, Gowalla, Scvngr, etc has been low because it may be missing elements from Foursquaropoly.

It isn’t in Australia yet, but I could imagine it working great anywhere.

Foursquare would be LOVING this. I can’t wait to buy this city.
